Dar Hbibti offers Moroccan handmade products, artisan gifts, leather goods, rugs, home décor, natural care items, and other selected Moroccan pieces.

Many products are handmade by artisans. For this reason, slight differences in color, size, pattern, material, or finish may occur. These differences are not considered defects.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the available store currency. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. The final price will be shown before order confirmation.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, phone, or WhatsApp. Dar Hbibti reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or if the order information is incomplete.

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods may be shown during checkout or confirmed directly with our team. Orders are processed after payment confirmation, unless another payment method has been agreed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times depend on product availability, destination, and shipping method. We do our best to prepare and send orders as quickly as possible.

For handmade or custom made items, preparation time may be longer. Any estimated delivery time is provided for information only and may vary due to courier delays, customs, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. International Orders

For international deliveries, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos.

Returns or exchanges may be accepted depending on the product condition and the reason for the request. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.

Custom made, personalized, used, or hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or incorrect.

9. Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the case and offer the most suitable solution.

10. Custom Made Products

Custom made products are created according to specific customer requests. Once confirmed, custom orders may not be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless there is a production error or confirmed damage.
